Price included: VAT,the cost of electricity, water, internet,weekly maintenance of the garden and pool,final cleaning, bed linen changing and towel.
After we confirm your reservation we will forward an invoice for a 30% advance payment.
We kindly ask you to pay it within a period of 3 days to guarantee your reservation, and forward to us the bank confirmation of your payment, otherwise your reservation will not be valid. The whole amount will be charged upon arrival with a 300,00€ refundable security deposit and this will be refunded the day of departure.
Policies Cancellation
- ·if you cancel your reservation 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival no penalty will be charged and you will receive a full refund
- ·in case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount of your stay will be charged
In the case that a guest/s decides to leave the property during their stay, prior to the end date, the remainder of the total amount is non refundable.
